The front desk staff was very helpful. They were always ready to assist with questions. The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout, and the housekeeping staff ensured my room was super clean daily. Breakfast had really good quality and variety. The breakfast staff were smiling and eager to assist.

The furniture showed its age! and seemed a bit worn. the television remote control was missing its battery cover. A minor detail, i agree. But still noticeable. the limited availability of sunbeds by the pool also proved somewhat inconvenient. It was often difficult to secure one during peak hours.

i received a room upgrade upon arrival which i found very generous. the breakfast offered a good variety of food items. dipendro from housekeeping was professional he kept my room super clean and well organized. the service i received enhanced my stay overall i found his dedication amazing.
Noise from the corridor disturbed my sleep. I could clearly hear people talking and moving around.
